The 20kw 40kw DC Charging Pile, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a compact, wall- or pole-mounted fast-charging unit constructed , galvanized-steel enclosure and IP54-rated sealing for reliable indoor-outdoor operation. The cabinet houses one or two 20 kW hot-pluggable rectifier modules that deliver 200-750 V DC at up to 100 A, while factory-wired DC busbars, HV contactors, 0.5-class meter, RCD, SPD and 5 m liquid-cooled cable ensure safe, accurate and maintenance-friendly charging. Engineered for destination parking, urban curbsides, light-fleet depots and commercial plazas, it provides plug-and-charge, RFID/QR code authentication and 4G or Ethernet remote management.

1.Urban curbside or public parking bays

Mounted on galvanized columns or directly bolted to the sidewalk, the IP54 rated metal housing protects against dust and rain, allowing drivers to top up quickly during a 20-minute shopping stop. Automatic shutoff at full charge prevents overstay fees; RFID card or QR code payment enables plug-and-play operation without manual intervention.

2.Fleet depot – overnight opportunity charging

Floor-mounted between van lanes, the 40 kW module wakes when the CAN-BMS handshake is complete and silently fills the pack while drivers clock off. A built-in contactor cuts mains power the instant the last cell reaches target voltage, letting the depot master leave breakers on and lights off.

3.Corporate campus – employee service court

Hung under a weather hood on wall brackets, the slim IP54 cabinet feeds 20 kW to visiting EVs during the workday. Employees swipe their ID badge, plug the CCS2 connector, and head to the office; the charger logs energy to payroll and powers down automatically when the cable is returned.

Paired on twin columns beside the coffee patio, the 40 kW units deliver 100 km of extra range before the coffee is finished.
