The 690V AC Combiner Box 4 In 1 Out, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a 690V three-phase inverter-combiner unit constructed with a powder-coated, UV-resistant steel enclosure and IP65 / IK10-rated sealing for durable outdoor performance. The enclosure houses four 4-pole AC molded case circuit breakers (160-250A ) that deliver individual over-current and short-circuit protection to each inverter input, while a single 4-pole AC molded case circuit breaker (630-1000A ) provides visible-break isolation and overload protection for the combined output. Factory-wired L1, L2, L3, N and PE copper busbars ensure dependable current-carrying capacity and equipotential bonding, and a built-in Type 2 4 pole 690V AC Surge Protective Device guards against lightning-induced surges. Engineered for up to four solar string inverters (4*110-138kW), it provides essential AC combining, surge immunity and maintenance safety .

The four 160–250A MCCB inputs accept up to four 138 kW string inverters; the 1000 A output MCCB feeds a MV transformer station, reducing cable runs and trenching costs across large solar parks.

Mounted on the same frame as the inverters, the box acts as a “local AC hub” — paralleling four inverter outputs before a single large cable run to the ring main, simplifying skid wiring and maintenance access.
