Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a low-voltage AC power-aggregation unit
built for on-site generation and distribution networks. The enclosure is
moulded from UV-stabilised, flame-retardant polycarbonate and sealed to
IP65, giving long-term resistance to solar irradiation, rain and airborne
dust. Inside, four selectable 4 pole AC molded case circuit breakers
(160-250A) act as string or feeder switches, while a single outgoing 4 pole
molded case circuit breaker (630-1000A) provides short-circuit, overload and
isolation duty for the combined load. A Type 2, 4-pole 275 V AC surge
protective device clamps induced lightning and switching transients,
protecting downstream meters, inverters and sensitive loads. Factory-wired
neutral and PE busbars ensure dependable grounding continuity and balanced
phase distribution. Engineered for four-input AC sub-arrays, small-scale CHP
clusters, or multi-inverter PV systems, the box offers essential manual
isolation, over-current protection and equipotential bonding in one
wall-mount package.

Application scenarios
1.Small-scale commercial rooftop PV – Multi-inverter AC hub
Surface-mounted on external walls or beneath parapet gutters, the 4-in-1 box
merges four 160 A–250 A micro-inverter strings into a single 630 A feed.
Each 4-pole MCCB gives individual MPPT isolation during inverter swap-outs,
while the outgoing breaker and 275 V Type 2 SPD protect the combined bus
from utility-side surges and short-circuits, keeping the rooftop system
code-compliant and maintenance-friendly.
2.Cogeneration skid – Parallel generator coupling
Bolted to a vibration-damped frame between four gas-engine CHP units, the
combiner unites 400 A generator outputs into one 1000 A supply for site
load. Adjustable magnetic releases tolerate engine start-up in-rush; the
Type 2 SPD clamps network re-closure transients, ensuring uninterrupted heat
and power delivery to district heating loops.
3.Temporary construction feeder – Site distribution kiosk
Installed inside a GRP site kiosk at ground level, the box collects four 200
A branches (tower crane, hoist, site offices, batch plant) into an 800 A
main ahead of the utility meter. Lockable rotary handles provide visible
isolation for shift changes, while the surge suppressor guards overhead
temporary cables against summer lightning strikes.
Wall-fixed on a grain-dryer platform, the enclosure feeds four 250 A motor
circuits (conveyors, fans, pumps) into an 800 A backbone. Thermal-magnetic
MCCBs cope with high starting currents of 150 kW fans, and the 275 V SPD
prevents flash-over from utility switching during harvest season when
downtime is critical.
5.EV fast-charging plaza – AC phase balancing node
Recessed into a charger plinth, the unit combines four 250 A charger feeds
into one 1000 A riser before revenue metering. Four-pole breakers maintain
isolated neutrals for each charger group, simplifying phase-current
balancing, while the Type 2 SPD protects power modules and payment terminals
from voltage spikes generated by simultaneous high-power vehicle
connections.
