The 20kW AC Optical Storage Integrated Box, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a three-phase hybrid power-distribution unit designed for commercial and light-industrial PV-plus-battery systems rated up to 20 kW.

Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a three-phase photovoltaic–battery–grid
hybrid distribution unit constructed with a UV-stabilised polycarbonate
housing and IP65-rated sealing for durable outdoor mounting. The enclosure
integrates three 600 V DC surge-protective devices and four 2-pole DC
breakers that deliver over-voltage and load-break protection to three PV
strings plus one battery string, while factory-wired positive, negative and
PE busbars ensure dependable grounding continuity. On the 380/400 V
three-phase side it houses two 4-pole AC MCBs, one 4-pole 385 V AC SPD, two
4-pole AC contactors for grid/island switching and one 4-pole RCCB 40 A 30
mA Type A, all factory-mounted on DIN rails behind a flame-retardant
partition. Engineered for 20 kW three-phase PV-plus-BESS applications, it
provides essential combining, surge immunity, earth-fault protection and
manual isolation in one lockable, wall-mount cabinet.
Application scenarios
1. Commercial Rooftops (15–30 kW)
The 20 kW three-phase rating aligns with standard commercial rooftop arrays;
the box combines three PV strings and one battery string into a single 380 V
output, eliminating multiple wall-mounted breakers and speeding up
commissioning.
2. Car-Port & Canopy Structures
Its shallow, IP65 wall-mount enclosure bolts directly to steel beams, giving
parking shelters a lockable, visible-isolation point for PV, battery and
grid circuits while keeping DC and AC compartments separated for safe
vehicle washing or maintenance.
3. Light-Industrial Facade BIPV
UV-stabilised polycarbonate and front-door rotary handles allow flush
mounting on warehouse walls; facilities managers can disconnect any DC or AC
circuit independently when servicing HVAC or lighting fed from the same
hybrid inverter.
4. Agricultural Greenhouses & Barns
The 4-pole RCCB and AC/DC SPDs protect ventilation fans, irrigation pumps
and feed systems from lightning-induced transients common in open fields,
while the two AC contactors enable automatic grid-to-island transfer during
outages.
5. Ground-Mounted Sub-Arrays up to 30 kW
Factory-wired DC buses and three-phase AC section reduce field wiring time
for tracker or fixed-tilt rows, delivering a plug-and-play hub that merges
three PV strings, one battery string and a 20 kW three-phase inverter output
in one weather-proof cabinet.
