7kW AC Optical Storage Integrated Box

The 7kW AC Optical Storage Integrated Box, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a single-phase photovoltaic–battery–grid hybrid distribution unit constructed with a UV-stabilised polycarbonate housing and IP65-rated sealing for durable indoor or outdoor mounting. The enclosure integrates two 600 V DC surge-protective devices and three 2-pole DC breakers that deliver over-voltage and load-break protection to dual PV strings plus one battery string, while factory-wired positive, negative and PE busbars ensure dependable grounding continuity. On the 230 V AC side it houses two 2-pole AC MCBs, one 275 V AC SPD, two AC contactors for grid/island switching and one 2-pole RCCB 40 A 30 mA Type A, all factory-mounted on DIN rails behind a flame-retardant partition. Engineered for 7 kW single-phase PV-plus-BESS applications, it provides essential combining, surge immunity, earth-fault protection and manual isolation in one lockable, wall-mount cabinet.
