The 120KW 160KW DC Charging Pile, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a ultra-fast charging unit constructed with a galvanised-steel enclosure and IP54-rated sealing for durable outdoor service. The cabinet houses four 40 kW hot-pluggable rectifier modules that deliver 200-1 000 V DC at up to 250 A per gun, while factory-wired DC busbars, HV contactors, 0.5-class meter, RCD, SPD and liquid-cooled cables ensure safe, accurate and reliable charging. Engineered for highway service areas, heavy-duty fleet depots and urban ultra-fast hubs, it provides simultaneous dual-gun operation, plug-and-charge, RFID/QR-code authentication and 4G/Ethernet remote management.
