Waterproof Distribution Box

The GNB-F01 Waterproof Distribution Box, supplied by China manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is an IP65-rated outdoor enclosure moulded from UV-stable polycarbonate for long-lasting rooftop, car-port or greenhouse duty. Its 4-39 ways DIN-rail chassis accepts both 1000 V DC MCBs/fuse-holders and 230/400 V AC breakers, SPDs or DIN-rail meters, allowing DC input protection, AC output protection and generation metering to be integrated in one sealed housing. Factory-knock-outs and silicone-sealed cable glands maintain watertight integrity while giving fast on-site entry for up to 50 kW PV strings, providing installers with a single, compact hub for safe isolation, fault protection and local billing data.

Application scenarios

1.Residential/Villa PV Systems

DC and AC cables from the rooftop inverter run down the exterior wall and directly connect to an IP65 waterproof enclosure, eliminating the need for indoor electrical modifications and allowing safe maintenance even during rainy weather.

2.Commercial & Industrial Color Steel Tile Roofs

With no dedicated power distribution room on the rooftop, the GNB-F01 is secured to the purlins, centrally housing DC/AC circuit breakers, SPDs, and metering devices, capable of withstanding typhoons and heavy rain.

3.Agricultural Greenhouses/Aquaculture-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Stations

In high-humidity, high-ammonia environments, the enclosure features silicone sealing + UV-resistant flame-retardant covers to prevent condensation-induced short circuits, enabling "power generation on the roof and planting/aquaculture below."

4.Carport/EV Charger Integration

With limited space in carport pillars, a single enclosure integrates inverter AC output, EV charger feeder protection, and electricity billing metering, resistant to water splashes from outdoor washing.
