DC Combiner Box Enclosures

DC Combiner Box Enclosures, supplied by China-based manufacturer Zhejiang Soutya New Energy LLC, is a protective enclosure designed for photovoltaic systems. It is constructed with high-strength galvanized steel or corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, featuring an IP65 protection rating and excellent UV resistance. The enclosure offers a rational internal layout with optional 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, or 36 circuits. It is equipped with standard mounting DIN rails and grounding design for easy installation of fuses, surge protective devices, and isolator switches. With its compact structure and effective heat dissipation, it is suitable for outdoor distributed solar power stations and commercial/industrial rooftop projects.

Application scenarios

1.Small Commercial Rooftops

Purpose-built for cafés, stores and offices that need to land 4–6 strings on a crowded roof. The slim 1,500 V enclosure slips under parapets, merges inputs into one homerun and gives electricians a visible fuse-isolator combo for quick lock-out.

2.Industrial & Warehouse Roofs

Dropped beside HVAC units, the 9–12 string box feeds MW-scale rooftop arrays. IP66 walls keep wash-down water and dust out, while individual fuse holders let maintenance pull one string without darkening the whole shift.

3.Utility-Scale Solar Blocks

Bolted to tracker tables, the 18–36 string variant collects power from 2 MW blocks and sends two tidy output cables to the inverter station—fewer trenches, less copper, faster commissioning.

4.Agrivoltaic & Greenhouse Rows

Mounts on pergola posts between crop rows. Ammonia-resistant seals and UV-stable polycarbonate protect 6–9 strings that power pumps and chillers, and hinged front cover gives farmers tool-free fuse access during irrigation breaks.

5.EV Charging & Storage Hybrids

Plugs into car-port canopies or battery huts where 4–6 strings feed chargers on one side and storage on the other. Dual output option and built-in SPD keep fast-charge transients away from sensitive battery BMS.
